Baked blue packing steel belt is a packing steel belt that uses chemicals such as sodium nitrate to oxidize the metal surface to oxides at high temperatures to form a relatively rust-resistant protective layer. The specific steps in the production of blue baling steel strip are as follows:

　　4. Start the 90 extruder, extrude the outer layer material to cover the steel belt, tighten the traction rope, and then start the molding machine, bending machine, and feeder at the same time, and adjust the line speed to the process value.
　　 5. Start the high-frequency induction heating device, adjust the current, and turn on the hot air to heat the steel strip.
　　6. Lay the first set of pressing wheels on the outer layer of baked blue packing steel belt, and adjust the air pressure of the tension device to ensure that the steel belt is properly compressed.
　　7. Adjust the pre-tightness of the second set of pressing wheels to ensure that the outer layer material is tightly bonded to the baking blue strapping steel belt
　　8, when the pipe is pulled out more than one meter long, cut off the exposed steel strip so as not to hit the pipe rack.
　　9. Turn on the external cooling water and spray it on the corrugations four or five pitches away from the discharge port.
