1 The steel strip should have a smooth surface, and there should be no other defects except for slight individual depressions, protrusions, longitudinal scratches and scratches whose depth does not exceed half of the thickness tolerance of the steel strip.
2 There should be no edge cracks and burrs on the edge of the steel strip.
3 Because it is difficult to find and remove local defects on the surface in the continuous production process, the straps are allowed to be delivered with defects, and the defective part shall not exceed 6% of the general total length.
4 The minimum number of repeated bending tests for strapping should comply with relevant regulations.
