Brief Introduction of Finishing Equipment Used in Packaging Steel Strip Production
　　1. Leveling machine
　　The hot-rolled coil (at room temperature) is flattened with a small reduction of 0.1-0.3 heat and an elongation of 0.5-1.5%, which can improve the various properties and surface properties of the hot-rolled coil.
　　2. Cutting line
　　The shearing line is a line that uncoils the hot-rolled coil at room temperature, and continuously cuts the steel plate according to the fixed width and length. Straightening is carried out on the steel plate straightening machine, the edges are trimmed on the disc edge trimming machine, and the cut to length is cut on the shearing machine.
　　3. Slitting disc shearing line
　　The operating line for cutting hot-rolled coils according to the width required by the user is called the slitting disc shearing line. There are three types of shearing methods, one that uses the tension of the coiler: one that drives the shearing with a disc slitting: one that uses both. The thick plate is slit by the third method.
　　4. Bundled and packaged at the factory
　　The products produced in this way are inspected, printed or engraved according to their specified specifications, and then packaged and shipped out.
