Brief introduction of packing steel belt centering device and looper control device
　　(1) Packaging steel belt centering device:
　　 The reasons for the deviation of the packaging steel belt during operation are as follows:
　　①The tension is not well controlled,
　　②The packaging steel strip has poor shape (bad straightness, warpage)
　　③Abrasion of each roller:
　　④ Poor centering of the machine, etc., will adversely affect the work rate and quality. Therefore, the centering device on the inlet and outlet sides of the acid tank and the EPC device before coiling are used to control deviation.
There are two types of centering devices on the inlet and outlet sides of the acid tank:
　　a. Mechanical guide plate method;
　　b. Automatic centering method.
　　a is to use a mechanical guide plate to limit the swing range of the packaging steel strip; b is to use a photoelectric tube to input the deviation signal of the packaging steel strip to the cylinder to correct the deviation.
　　(2) Looper control device
　　 It is a device that keeps the sag (loop amount) of the packaging steel strip in the tank constant. It relies on a magnetic detector installed at the bottom of the center of the inlet side groove to detect the height of the steel strip in the tip, so as to perform various speed control on the inlet and outlet side tension rollers to obtain the determined looper length.
　　 The magnetic detector can be detached from the bottom side of the acid tank. In order to ensure the detection accuracy, the structure of the main components near the magnetic detector is non-magnetic.
