   There is a tension device and a finished product coiler behind the disc cutter, with a certain tension during coiling, and the tensile stress value is 5-20MPa. The types of tensioning devices include roller type or pressure guide plate type, etc. In addition, slitting shears are often installed in front of the coiler to cut the strip, so that it is not necessary to re-thread the strip when cutting large steel coils.
   After the finished product coiler, there is a special unloading device to unload the narrow strip coils in strings. Before unloading, the steel coils on the reel must be bundled in the circumferential direction, especially the thick steel coils.
   Slitting unit is also designed without looper (ie 'stretch shear'). Set up loopers before and after the disc cutter, which can make the strip automatically centered and make it easy to separate multiple strips after cutting. However, because of the existence of the looper, the length of the unit is increased and the disc is cut back. The wearing of the belt increases the difficulty. In addition to overcoming the above shortcomings, the slitting machine without looper can also increase the cutting speed of the high machine. When there is no looper before cutting, because the automatic centering ability is lost for the strip with a sickle bend, a floating type uncoiler is required; when there is no looper after cutting, in order to realize the synchronous operation of the unit, the general use of The method of “cutting” means that during the cutting process, the disc scissor plate does not drive or has little power to make up for the insufficient winding tension. At this time, the coiling tension is composed of the resistance of uncoiling and shearing, so the power distribution between the three should have an appropriate ratio. In order to reduce the wear of the cutter head when the disc cutter is driving, the peripheral speed of the cutter head is slightly higher than the moving speed of the strip steel. In addition, facilities such as separate press rolls are required on the coiler to control the tension of each strip steel to achieve the desired cutting quality and coiling quality.
