High-quality steel strapping, as the name implies, is a strapping strap made of high-quality steel. In the production process, the requirements for incoming materials are relatively strict.
　　The chemical composition of steel should meet the requirements of national standards, and the thickness and width of the incoming materials should meet the requirements. There should be no oxide scale on the surface, no cracks on the edges, no stripe scratches, embossing, bumps, delamination and other defects , Tape and coil without tower shape, loose coil and so on. The surface of the high-quality steel strapping strap is smooth and clean, free of cracks, folds, delaminations, metal inclusions, coarse burrs and phosphorous layers. The depth or height is not more than the thickness, and the partial small depressions, scribes, pits, and protrusions with half the deviation are allowed. For erythema with a height or depth greater than 0.08mm, there must be no cracked edges on the side of the high-quality steel strapping, and slight burrs are allowed, and the depth is not greater than 10% of the allowable deviation of the width.
　　 As we all know, it is advantageous to use small diameter work rolls for high-quality steel packing belts. However, because the work roll diameter is too small, due to the reduced rigidity, there will also be such a thinning near the edge of the strip, which makes it difficult to guarantee the production of flat high-quality strip. Therefore, in order to suppress the overall bending of the small-diameter work roll, a roll bending device is also added to the movable intermediate roll, so that high-quality strip steel as shown in Figure 3-89b can be obtained.
