　　A hydraulic double-blade shearing machine cuts the end of the previous coil neatly, and at the same time cuts the latter coil neatly. The welding machine can perform flash butt welding or resistance seam welding to weld coils.
　　The coil storage is designed to only provide the storage capacity at the lowest rolling speed. It can store 60.96 meters of strip steel and uses rolls with a diameter of 1,524 meters. The guide rollers are also 1524 mm in diameter and are installed at the inlet and outlet ends of the storage. The guide roller at the exit end is driven, but the entrance end is a driving roller, which acts as a looper tension roller and is driven by a 74.6 kW straight motor. In order to ensure that the strip passes through the rolling mill stand, an automatic strip centering roll is also installed on the exit side of the strip storage.
