How does the hydraulic station of the hydraulic system of the packaging steel strip coiler work?
  Answer: The hydraulic station is composed of oil pumps, oil tanks, various valves, accumulators and other equipment. The hydraulic station provides hydraulic equipment with a controlled hydraulic source that meets the requirements, which can be directly connected to the actuator. The following takes the hydraulic station of the hydraulic system of the coiler as an example to illustrate the names and functions of the components of the hydraulic station:
   (1) One single-stage vane pump, one spare, and the other four are divided into two groups and put into operation.
   (2) One-way valve 2, to prevent the hydraulic oil from returning to the oil pump.
   (3) Relief valve 3, adjust the working pressure of the system. The working pressure of the reel expansion and contraction mechanism, unloading trolley, pusher and other systems is 6MPa for the hydraulic system of the rewinding mechanism.
  (4) The circulation valve 4 is a special part. When the flow permits, it can be a combination of an electronically controlled unloading relief valve and a one-way valve, or a combination of a one-way relief valve and an electromagnetic reversing valve instead. It is used to control the high liquid level of the accumulator. After the accumulator is filled with oil, the pump works at low pressure.
  (5) The automatic valve 5 is a special part. When the flow permits, the automatic valve can be replaced by a hydraulically controlled one-way valve. It is used in the hydraulic system to control the accumulator to supply hydraulic oil to the system and prevent compressed air from entering the system at the lowest liquid level. When the two-position four-way solenoid valve is de-energized, the hydraulic control check valve closes to prevent the compressed gas in the accumulator from entering the system; when the two-position four-way solenoid valve is energized, the hydraulic control one-way valve opens, accumulating energy The device supplies oil to the hydraulic system to supplement the insufficient flow of the oil pump.
  (6) The function of the safety valve 6 is to control the maximum pressure of the accumulator. When the pressure exceeds the normal pressure by 5%-10%, the oil in the accumulator will return to the tank through the safety valve.
  (7) The liquid level controller 7 mainly controls and indicates the liquid level in the liquid tank, controls the operation of pumps and valves, and sends out various signals according to the different conditions of the liquid level. When there are two working pumps, 6 liquid level control points are generally used to make the working pump, circulation valve, and automatic valve work normally and automatically. The liquid level control is shown in Table 4-47.
   (8) The accumulator 8 is a container for storing high-pressure oil. When the oil supply of the pump is greater than the consumption of the working oil cylinder, it stores the excess oil; in the opposite case, it can supplement the insufficient oil supply of the pump.
