  The process specifications are as follows:
   1. When the zinc liquid needs to be heated up, it must continuously supply all the heat during the heating process without interruption.
   2. During the heating process, the catalpa liquor should be stirred to make the entire zinc temperature rise evenly.
  3. During the heating process, it is best to stop the operation to reduce the heat loss during the heating process.
  4. The heat supply during heating up is more than normal heating, in order to shorten the heating time.
   5. When the temperature rises, the zinc liquid level should be insulated to reduce the heat loss to the air.
   6. Press the fire in time when cooling down and stop heating.
  7. To make the cooling rate faster, you can blow cold air to the surface of the zinc liquid. You can also add zinc lumps to the zinc solution.
   8. If you need to cool down a lot, you can scoop out a part of the zinc liquid, then add the zinc block, and stir the zinc liquid to make the zinc block melt evenly in the zinc liquid.
   9. The temperature of the zinc liquid should be monitored by a thermocouple. But it should be noted that no matter which kind of thermocouple, long-term inserted in the zinc liquid, it will be eroded and dissolved by the zinc liquid. Therefore, the thermocouple should be protected by a ceramic tube or glass tube that is resistant to high temperatures and does not react with zinc liquid.
