Packaging steel belts produced by unqualified or irregular manufacturers will have certain problems in quality, which will cause great losses to our goods in transportation. Therefore, to correctly judge whether the packaging steel belt is produced by a regular manufacturer, we have the following points:
　　 1. Look at the storage of packaging steel strips
　　 The packaging steel belts of regular manufacturers are more particular about storage. Simple packaging and standard packaging steel coils should be stored in the warehouse, and rubber strips or wooden strips should be laid under the packaging steel strips. The simple packaging steel coils are on delivery. It will be put into use within two weeks. Roll packaging of other packaging methods can be stored in the open air, but should be covered with rain-proof grey cloth. The storage period should not exceed 12 weeks if the outer packaging is not damaged. Packaging steel belts with a gross weight less than 5t are allowed to be stacked in two layers, but rubber strips should be placed at the stacking place, and rolls not less than 5t should be stacked in a single layer.
　　2, check the quality certificate of the packaging steel strip
　　 Each batch of packaging steel strips should be accompanied by a quality certificate proving that the batch of steel meets the requirements of the standard and the order contract. The completed packaging steel strip quality certificate is clearly written, and the quality certificate should indicate: supplier’s name and trademark, buyer’s name, delivery date, contract number, product name, standard number, specification, brand number, furnace number, Coil number, package number, weight, number of pieces, arrival station, vehicle number, test results specified in the standard, the mark of the relevant department of the supplier, the contact information of after-sales service, etc.
