Introduction to the performance of embossed galvanized steel strip
The embossed galvanized steel strip is mainly used to wrap the steel-aluminum trolley wire (contact wire), which is made by embossing and galvanizing.
The specifications and dimensions of steel strips for embossed galvanized steel strips comply with GB/T 12754-1991.
The tensile strength of embossed galvanized steel strip should not be less than 294 N/mm2; its elongation should not be less than 20%. The pattern depth of the embossed steel belt is 0.25-0.8mm. The sickle bend of the steel belt should not exceed 6 mm per meter. The surface of the steel strip before embossing and galvanizing is allowed to have a dark gray oxide layer; its convex, concave, bean marks, scratches and individual scars shall not exceed 1/4 of the thickness tolerance of the steel strip. The edge of the steel strip shall not have torn (broken edges) and coarse burrs, but fine burrs not greater than 1/4 of the thickness tolerance of the steel strip are allowed. The galvanized layer should be firmly attached to the steel strip. After the galvanized steel strip is immersed in the copper sulfate solution for 1 min, there should be no zinc layer falling off or the zinc layer that cannot be wiped off with cotton (or clean cloth).
In order to ensure the length of the embossed galvanized steel strip, the inner diameter of the coiled steel strip should be 180-200mm and the outer diameter should be 400-550 mm.
