The measurement standards of packing steel belt, packing iron sheet, packing steel belt, and baking blue packing belt generally have the following 4 points:
1. The appearance, color and surface quality of the packing steel belt, packing iron sheet, packing steel belt, and baking blue packing tape. Place the monitored parts of the packing steel belt, packing iron sheet, packing steel belt, and baking blue packing tape. On the platform, use a one-meter-long ruler to stick to the concave side of the packing strip, packing iron sheet, packing steel strip, and baking blue packing belt, and measure the maximum distance from the meter ruler to the concave side.
2. The coating film thickness and galvanizing thickness of the packing steel strip, packing iron sheet, packing steel strip, and baking blue packing strip are measured with corresponding precision measuring instruments. The measuring position should be no less than 3 mm away from the edge of the steel strip, with approximately equal intervals, and no less than 100 mm in length. That is the thickness of the coating film or the thickness of the galvanized layer.
3. The test items, sampling quantity, sampling method and test method of each batch of packaging steel strips, packaging iron sheets, packaging steel strips, and baking blue packaging strips shall comply with national regulations.
4. The sample for the tensile test should meet the requirements of GB/T6397, and the sample should be a full rectangular cross-sectional shape without machining. The original cross-sectional area is calculated according to the measured size.
