Production of cold-rolled sheet packaging steel strip: The advantages of cold-rolled sheet packaging steel strip are that the product is very thin, the dimensional tolerances are small, and the surface quality and mechanical properties are better. The main processes of cold-rolled sheet packaging steel strip production include: pickling, cold rolling, degreasing, annealing, leveling and coating of raw coils. The thickness of the product is 0.25-3.5mm, the length of the roll is 1700-2135mm, the rolling speed of the final stand is 25-27m/s, and the coil weight is 30-45 tons.
The purpose of degreasing is to remove oil stains on the board surface to avoid spots on the board surface during annealing.
