Packaging steel strip Trishevsky will bend the order

The packaging steel belt Trishevsky divides the bending sequence into 4 categories:
　　 (1) Simultaneous bending method, suitable for single sheet or continuous forming process to produce open symmetrical section steel, Z-section steel, corrugated plate and channel steel with small asymmetry.
　　(2) Sequential bending method, including forming from both sides of the blank to the middle and forming from the center of the blank to both sides. It is suitable for single-sheet or continuous production of closed section steel, semi-closed section steel and corrugated board.
　　(3) The combined bending method is a combination of the above two methods. This method is suitable for the production of asymmetric steel, closed steel and semi-closed steel with 2-5 bending parts, but is not suitable for the production of corrugated plates.
　　 (4) Bending and shaping method. This method first pre-bends each bend angle with a large bending radius, and then reshapes it. This method is suitable for the bending of high-quality and most corrugated plates.
　　The distribution of bending angles is determined by factors such as the capacity of the molding machine, molding passes, frame spacing, total deformation and other factors. Generally, a smaller bending angle should be taken at the early stage of forming to avoid forced biting; in the middle of forming, local abnormal deformation of the strip and surface scratches caused by uneven distribution of bending angles should be avoided; Deformation to prevent rebound and ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product.
