Painted packaging steel tape for armored cables
　　 Painted steel tape is mainly used for cable armoring. Painted steel strip is made by dipping or electrophoresis to form paint film on cold rolled steel strip, the model is QG. The specifications, dimensions and technical requirements of the cold-rolled steel strip used are the same as those of the 'Cold-rolled Steel Strip for Armored Cables' in this section.
　　1) Quality requirements for paint film of painted steel strip
　　The quality requirements for the paint film of painted steel strips should meet the requirements of the national standard GB 2952-89.
　　2) Supply requirements for painted steel strip
　　 Painted steel strips should be delivered in reels. Each reel is composed of one painted steel strip. No more than 3 joints are allowed to be painted after electric welding. The joints should be free of defects such as sharp corners, slag, perforations, and misalignment. The tensile strength of the welded joint is calculated based on the section of the original steel strip and should not be less than 300N/mm?. The inner diameter of each painted steel strip shall be 200mm±5mm, and the outer diameter shall be 630-10mm, or it may be negotiated by both parties.
