1) In order to ensure the safety of the iron core, it is necessary to coat and cure the end surface of the iron core. The curing time is 24 hours at room temperature, which seriously affects the production efficiency;
   (2) Gluing and curing the iron core not only increases the manufacturing cost of the transformer product, but also complicates the process operation;
   (3) The iron core stacking table needs to be occupied when the iron core is solidified, which reduces the frequency of use of large tooling, and will affect the production schedule in severe cases.
   At present, most transformer manufacturers use alkali-free glass fiber tape plus epoxy paint or non-lattice glass adhesive tape to tighten the winding method for iron core binding. It takes a period of curing after binding. The disadvantages of this process are:
   (1) The binding thickness is generally 1.5mm or 2mm, and the adhesive tape thickness is 0.1mm. Each binding requires 15 or 20 layers. The binding time is long and the production efficiency is low;
   (2) Workers have high labor intensity and poor operating conditions;
   (3) The adhesive tape needs to be cured and the production cycle is long;
   (4) The cost of binding glass adhesive tape is high and the waste is large.
   (5) Manual or special iron core tying machine is often used for iron core tape tying: manual tying efficiency is low, appearance quality is poor, and tying force is small. When iron core tying machine is used for tying, the tying machine and iron core The production cost of the fixture is high, and the process operation is complicated.
