Process production process of packaging steel strip

The technological process of packaging steel strip: blast furnace hot metal → mixer → converter → ladle refining furnace → continuous casting → continuous casting billet → (hot rolled strip steel plant) heating → rolling → inspection → packaging → (cold rolled strip steel plant) ) Rolling → inspection → packaging → (falan belt factory) cutting → annealing → inspection → warehousing.
Use converter to smelt 900MPa steel strip, deoxidize with silicon, aluminum, barium and ladle argon blowing treatment, and cast into billet on R9m continuous casting machine. According to the high tensile strength and appropriate elongation requirements of the hair blue belt, the main components of the steel should be adjusted appropriately.
Packing steel belt smelting requirements:
①The steel should not be smelted in the first 20 furnaces after the new furnace, the first 5 furnaces after the lining is repaired, and the furnace body, oxygen lance, and smoke hood system leak.
②The slag in the smelting process is thoroughly transformed to ensure the removal of phosphorus and sulfur.
③It is forbidden to heat up after blowing.
