Reasons and solutions for waves produced by packaging steel belts
   (1) Defect features: The shape is undulating and undulating along the rolling direction. Waves can appear in the middle, one side, two sides or two ribs of the strip.
  (2)Causes
  ①The roll curve is large and the reduction is small, the roll temperature is too high and the emulsion flow is small, which makes the roll convex and produces intermediate waves.
  ②The roll curve is small and the reduction is large, or the roll temperature is too low, which makes the roll concave, resulting in two-sided waves.
  ③Improper adjustment of the roll level, one side of the roll is large, and edge waves are generated on the side of the large roll.
  ④ The blockage of the emulsion nozzle is likely to cause two ribs.
  ⑤The roll shape is poorly controlled, the types and specifications of the rolled products are unreasonable, and the milk rolls are excessively worn.
  ⑥ The shape of the raw material is poor or the surface has defects such as large area convex hulls.
  (3) Prevention and elimination methods
  ①Accurately distribute the reduction of each pass.
  ②Properly configure the roller profile curve, use the emulsion streamer reasonably, and control the roller profile well.
  ③Roll steel in sequence as planned and replace rolls as required.
  ④ Correctly carry out the level adjustment and zero adjustment of the roll.
  ⑤ Grind the roll curve as required.
  ⑥Improve the shape of the raw material and the difference of the same plate, and the raw material condition is not good, so the first pass reduction should be increased as much as possible.
  (4)Check and judge
  ① Inspect with the naked eye, put the board on the platform to measure its string height.
  ②The judgment standard is the same as the degree of curvature. Another provision is made as follows: Waves whose length is greater than that of ordinary slabs can be calculated by the superposition method, but the total height is not allowed to be greater than 30mm.
  ③The side wave shape can be changed to the size for delivery.
