Reasons and solutions of mat pattern defects in packaging steel belts

1) Defect characteristics: A series of herringbone imprints on the surface of the board are dendritic, mostly appearing on the two ribs of the thin strip, which are oblique to the rolling direction, and severely bright colored markings appear.
　　 (2) Reasons:
　　①Metal flow marks caused by uneven extension of packaging steel strips.
　　②The flattening roller has a small curve.
　　③The temperature is uneven in the length direction of the smoothing roller.
　　 (3) Prevention and elimination methods:
　　①Appropriately increase the roll curve or heat to adjust the roll shape.
　　②The roller is heated where the mat pattern appears.
　　 (4) Inspection and judgment: Check with naked eyes. According to specific circumstances, the print can generally be judged as the 2 groups of the national standard high-quality board; the obvious print is judged as the 2 group of the national standard high-quality board or the qualified product in the national standard ordinary board. The slight bright color is judged to be a qualified product in the general standard board. Severe bright colors are judged to be scrap.
