Technical requirements for the production of packaging steel strips

Packaging steel belt is a material that we often use in the industry, but there are many details in the production process, especially the strict technical requirements in each production link:
　　1. Control annealing medium: Generally, the annealing medium used by manufacturers is pure hydrogen, and the purity of the medium is preferably above 99.99%. If the other part of the medium is an inert gas, the purity can also be lower. However, we need to be too fine It is not able to contain too much oxygen and water vapor.
　　2. The annealing temperature is well grasped: check whether the annealing temperature can reach the specified temperature in time. Our annealing adopts a capacitive heat treatment, that is, we can observe that the strip steel in the annealing zone should be in an incandescent state through the annealing furnace.
　　3. Regularly check the ranking of water vapor in the furnace to see if the material in the furnace body is dry. If it is the first time to install the furnace, the furnace body must be dried to avoid excessive water stains on the bright strip steel in the furnace.
　　4. It is necessary to protect the sealing performance of the furnace body to ensure that it is not in contact with the outside air. We can wipe the furnace body of the annealing furnace with soapy water for testing.
　　5. Place the gas exposed to protect the gas pressure.
