What are the ways to increase the yield of packaging steel belts?
The way to increase the yield rate is to do everything possible to increase the output and reduce the metal consumption in all aspects of the process.
(1) Do a good job in the inspection and acceptance of raw materials. After the raw materials enter the factory, they will be checked according to the quantity and weight of the quality assurance certificate and the raw material standards will be checked. When the quality and weight are not in conformity with the warranty certificate, they should be reported to the relevant management department in time, so that they can contact the supplier for compensation and treatment;
(2) Strengthen raw material management. The raw materials should be stacked neatly in the warehouse according to the same specifications, the same steel numbers and heat numbers. Qualified materials and unqualified materials should be stacked separately. Should prevent mixing of numbers, specifications, and loose rolls;
(3) The fine material policy must be implemented when the materials are put into production, and the unqualified materials will not be put into production. Lifting by crane during feeding, loading and unloading and dumping should be handled gently to prevent loose rolls. The scattered rolls shall be re-coiled as much as possible, and shall not be arbitrarily cut and discarded;
(4) The amount of removal should be minimized when removing steel strip defects or cutting the head and tail. Do not cut off good metal;
(5) The forming and welding operation should ensure the quality of the welded pipe, increase the pass rate of the first inspection, reduce defects, and avoid rejects. Observe, inspect, and adjust frequently;
(6) Increase the operating rate, maintain a stable startup, and reduce the number of shutdowns;
(7) Improve the accuracy of flying saw to ensure the cutting edge quality. There is no deformation of the saw cut, no horseshoe shape, and no remaining spurs. Using computer to control flying saw;
(8) Guarantee the quality of straightening, without producing straightening defects and straightening waste;
(9) The end of the pipe is machined by the head machine to reduce the metal consumption of the pipe end processing;
(10) Carry out careful inspection according to the standard, and the judgment is not bad and no missed judgment. For products that meet the standard series, the judgment can be changed according to the series. Repair of individual pipes with partial defects is allowed, and re-inspection shall be conducted after repair.
