In my country, the quality of steel plates and packaging steel strips is inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department.
1. The supplier must ensure that the delivered steel plates and packaging steel strips meet the requirements of relevant standards. The demander has the right to conduct a review according to the provisions of the corresponding standards.
2. Steel plates and packaging steel strips should be checked and accepted in batches, and the batching rules shall be in accordance with the corresponding standards.
3. The number of test samples, sampling rules and test methods are in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding standards. If there is a test result of the packaging steel strip that does not meet the requirements of the standard, double the number of samples from the same batch will be re-inspected for the unqualified item (except for self-inspection). The re-inspection result (including any index required by the test) even if one index fails, the whole batch shall not be delivered.
4. The supplier has the right to reclassify or heat-treat the unqualified steel plates and strips, and then submit them as a new batch for acceptance.
