Quality Control of Packaging Steel Strip Stamping Process Design
(1) In the stamping process design, the stamping process must first be reviewed on the product drawings. When necessary, organize the review by experienced personnel such as product design, process design, mold design and manufacturing, and adjustment. For some poor craftsmanship in the product drawings, suggestions for improvement are put forward, and consultations and treatments are conducted with the product designer.
(2) For large or complex stamping parts, when the reliability of the stamping process and product quality are not fully grasped, necessary process tests should be done first to provide a basis for formulating a formal process plan.
(3) The process design should be carried out in accordance with the content and procedures specified in the relevant documents. The design content includes: selection of stamping direction, process design, equipment selection, station layout, molds, inspection tools, material consumption, working hours quota, etc.
(4) Process design must follow the procedures of design, proofreading, review and approval. The relevant personnel must have the necessary professional training and qualification confirmation.
(5) Process design should proceed from the actual situation of the company, while ensuring quality and reliability, it must fully consider the advanced nature, economy and safety of the process.
